All of our products are listed on this web site. We do not mail out catalogs as part of our effort to be eco-friendly. We also reuse packing materials and we hope you will reuse the materials you receive in your orders.

Unless specifically requested orders are sent in the US by Priority Mail which is the least cost and is insurable to some countries, but not all.

Any duties or taxes on purchases of Viola Products Unlimited LLC products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties or tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).
Returned Merchandise & Refund Policy
If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect return the item within 14 days to arrange for a refund or replacement. The goods must be in the condition they were received.
All claims for non delivery or other queries should be made within 21 days from the time we send your order.
